What do I need to know before signing up to PIECES EXTRA?

PIECES EXTRA is a digital loyalty programme where you collect points with every purchase made in-store and outlets, in the PIECES app and on PIECES.com. All stored in one place.

When you collect points, you unlock exclusive offers, rewards, event invitations and much more. When you have earned 1.000 points, a bonus voucher will be issued in your PIECES app or on your ‘My Account’ page’. You can use the bonus voucher both in PIECES stores, in the PICES app and on PIECES.com.

You can find all your receipts from store and online purchases in your membership account in the PIECES app or on PIECES.com.

The membership is free, but you must be 18+ years to become a member.

You can find your membership ID on the ‘My Account’ page on PIECES.com or in the PIECES App.

How do I become a member of PIECES EXTRA?

PIECES EXTRA is available only for customers with valid accounts on PIECES.com.

You need to create an account via PIECES.com.

In order for you to earn points on your orders in store, you must show your membership ID (which can be found by logging into the app or in your ‘My Account’ online) to the cashier, who will scan it.

We cannot trace back and award points for previous orders, for example if you did not have an account when placing the order, were not logged in when placing the order, and/or if you did not identify with your membership ID to the cashier in store.

When did PIECES EXTRA become a loyalty program?

Our loyalty program began on 02.09.2025. From this date you also started to collect points if you were logged in to your valid and confirmed account on PIECES.com or our PIECES APP or if you scanned your Membership ID in store.

How do I collect points?

All your purchases in-store and online are rewarded with points. 1 kr. = 1 point

To collect points in-store, always remember to scan your membership ID via your account page in the PIECES app or on PIECES.com.

Your points will be displayed under your ‘My Account’ approximately 24 hours after earning them.

Where can I find my rewards and points?

You will find your latest offers and rewards on your account page in the PIECES app or on PIECES.com.

Please note that some rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or sale items. Terms and conditions may apply.

How do rewards work?

You will receive a reward approximately 24 hours after you have accumulated 1.000 points on your profile.

Online: The reward is a promo code. This code needs to be used on your cart before checkout. Type the code into the “Promo code” field, and press “Submit” for it to be applied. The reward will expire 90 days after you have received it.

In stores/outlets: The reward will be available on your account page. Press the reward to reveal a QR code. The cashier needs to scan your membership QR code, after that, scan the reward or promotion for the discount to be applied.  The reward is valid for 1 hour after redemption.

Why haven't I received my reward yet?

The reward will appear on your account page approximately 24 hours after you have reached your 1.000 points. If you experience any issues, please contact our Customer Service.

I have 1.000 points now, why haven’t I received my reward yet?

Please allow for a delay of up to 2 days while our system processes your reward. If it is still not visible, please contact Customer Service.

For how long is my reward valid?

The reward must be used within 90 days, and the expiry date can be found below each reward on your account page on PIECES.com or the PIECES App.

Do my points have an expiration date? 

Yes. Earned points will be stored in your account for one year from the date they are earned. They will automatically be removed from your profile after one year. An exception applies if you return one or more items - in this case, the points earned from the purchase of the returned items will be deducted as soon as the return is processed. 

Where can I find my receipts?

All your receipts can be found under your account page on PIECES.com or in the PIECES app.

How do I receive my Welcome Offer?

To receive your 15% welcome offer, you must create an account via the PIECES App or on PIECES.com. After creating your account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm it. To get your welcome offer, you must confirm your account by clinking the confirmation link in that email. As soon as you have confirmed, you will receive a welcome e-mail with the 15% off welcome offer. Once your account is confirmed successfully, the welcome offer will be applied automatically during checkout.  If the 15% discount is not applied, please try to log out and log in again. If that doesn’t help, please contact our Customer Service team.

Where can I find my Membership ID?

You can find your membership ID in the PIECES App or at PIECES.com on your account page. It is a QR code, unique for every member, which is used to collect points on purchases in our PIECES stores, and PIECES outlets.

Can I use my membership abroad?

No. Your PIECES EXTRA membership is only valid in the country you reside in.

What happens if I return a product?

When you redeem a discount or a reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.
