You can contact Bestseller if you experience any inaccessible content on https://ldsyuuml.top/en-se/:
• Email: [email protected]
Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information, such as national ID numbers or health data, when contacting the service provider.
Compliance Status
Service providers must indicate the extent to which their websites comply with the web accessibility requirements set out in the harmonised standard EN 301 549 (AA). Compliance status may be:
• The website fully complies with the standard
• The website partially complies with the standard (meets most requirements)
• The website does not comply with the standard (fails to meet most requirements)
Service provider states: The website partially complies with the standard (meets most requirements).
Evaluation reports
The service provider must also describe how the website was evaluated. The categories are:
• The service provider has evaluated the website themselves
• An external party has performed the evaluation
• Another method has been used
The service provider indicates the method as: Evaluation performed by an external party.
The service provider describes the evaluation method as:
The external party conducted a full test against all requirements of EN 301 549 (AA) on selected pages. The test followed the same methodology used in the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s monitoring of public websites’ accessibility. Testing combines automated tools and manual testing.
Non-accessible Content
The service provider has categorized the non-accessible content on this website. Each category may contain various issues that are shown with headings and explanatory text. Examples include missing alternative text.
Non-accessible content is divided into three categories and concerns functionality or content that:
1. Does not comply with the EAA
2. Does not comply and falls under the disproportionate burden exemption (e.g., extensive reports with a small audience)
3. It is not covered by the EAA
Does not comply with the EAA
Based on the external accessibility evaluation, the website currently contains some accessibility issues. Bestseller is actively working to improve accessibility and is implementing remediation measures. See “Initiatives to Improve Accessibility”.
Some user groups may experience accessibility issues that prevent them from fully using the service:
• No user groups are assessed in this category based on the latest accessibility assessment
Other user groups may experience minor usability issues, which, however, don’t prevent these groups from using the service:
• Blind users: Some components do not provide sufficiently reliable structure, state communication, or screen-reader behaviour. In particular, some modal-based interactions, filter-related controls, and checkout-related patterns may create uncertainty or require workarounds.
• Keyboard-only and voice-control users: May experience a risk of reduced usability. Some custom components do not expose role, purpose, state, or interaction behaviour clearly enough to support consistent keyboard or voice interaction.
• Users with cognitive limitations: May experience a risk of reduced usability where active states, modal context, selected options, and changing interface states are not communicated clearly enough.
Other user groups will not experience any accessibility issues or only minor issues when using the service:
• Users with limited motor control, reduced strength, or low vision appear to be affected only to a limited extent.
• Deaf or hard-of-hearing users are not affected, as essential audio content has alternatives.
• Users with photosensitivity are not at risk, as no flashing or rapidly changing content has been detected.
Disproportionate Burden
Nothing to declare.
Not Covered by the EAA

Initiatives to Improve Accessibility
Planned Improvements
We are actively working to address the accessibility issues identified in our recent external evaluation. The most critical issues have already been resolved, ensuring that users can access the core functionality of the website.
We are continuing to make improvements in phases, prioritising areas with the greatest impact on usability and accessibility.
Our current focus includes:
• Improving keyboard navigation and focus visibility
• Ensuring interactive components are properly supported by assistive technologies
• Enhancing accessibility in key user journeys, such as forms and checkout
• Improving the clarity of labels, names, and descriptions
• Strengthening support for dynamic content and interface changes
Further improvements will be implemented on an ongoing basis as part of our development and maintenance processes.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are continuously integrating accessibility into our design, development, and content workflows to support more inclusive experiences over time.
